PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
DELAYS
Stay Aktiv is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@stayaktiv.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
